We are also alive to the challenges and risks presented by AI (including GenAI), and we constantly review these - as well as the opportunities.

We are aware of the need to protect our clients’ confidential information and ensure our legal advice is accurate. Security, accuracy, education and review procedures are at the heart of our Gen AI strategy and policy, our vendor and tool onboarding, and our focus is on the safe and responsible use of AI. The firm has a dedicated Generative AI Tools Policy which provides clear guardrails for our employees around the use of our AI tools and which is supported by firm-wide mandatory training. We take responsibility for the work we supply to clients and how it is produced.
