For a second year, Herbert Smith Freehills has contributed to The Shareholder Rights and Activism Review, a multi-jurisdictional review of current developments in shareholder activism and related corporate law.
The Review brings together content from leading law firms to provide a global perspective on shareholder activism developments, trends and strategies. Herbert Smith Freehills contributed chapters to the Review for the United Kingdom and Australia.
The firm’s contributions to the Review build on the significant work that Herbert Smith Freehills has undertaken advising companies in preparing for and responding to activist approaches.
The United Kingdom chapter was authored by Gavin Davies and Mark Bardell, partners in the firm’s Corporate practice in London. The Australian chapter was authored by Quentin Digby and Timothy Stutt, partner and senior associate, respectively, in the firm’s Corporate practice in Sydney.
The Shareholder Rights and Activism Review is currently available on Bloomberg Law and will be available through LexisNexis shortly. Hardcopies can be purchased through the publisher.
