Herbert Smith Freehills has prepared and published its annual report on the global M&A sector. Titled "M&A in 2020 – The New Normal", as well as offering a review of 2019, the report identifies a number of trends that, in our opinion, will emerge in the M&A market over the course of 2020.
In this video update, Alberto Frasquet analyses the main conclusions of the report, particularly focusing on four major trends to be observed in M&A deal-making in the coming months.
