As the EU maps its path to going carbon-neutral by 2050, our suite of articles analyse the core planks of its strategy.
The EU has mapped out its path to achieving carbon neutrality by 2050. Its ‘Fit for 55’ suite of policies have been published with a view to taking a pro-active approach to combating climate change and introduce a suite of proposals aimed at making Europe 'the first climate neutral continent in the world'. The suite covers the areas of energy and fuels, transport, buildings, land use and forestry, and climate, introducing five new initiatives and building on eight existing pieces of legislation. Our series of articles cover the 'Fit for 55' suite in more detail and provide practical insights into what the suite entails for organisations operating in, or looking to invest into, the UK and the EU.
