Global law firm Herbert Smith Freehills comprehensively advised a banking consortium led by Banco Comercial Português, S.A. and Novo Banco, S.A. on the financing of the acquisition of certain Europoles Group’s European divisions by Metalogalva – Irmãos Silvas S.A., a member of the VigentGroup.
The Herbert Smith Freehills team was led by counsel Dr Katja Lehr and included partners Kai Liebrich und Dr Steffen Hörner.
Founded in 1971 in Portugal, Metalogalva is specialized in the design and manufacture of metal structures and operates in various sectors, including renewable energy, telecommunications, roads and railways with a globally spread network.
