Herbert Smith arbitration partner, Nick Peacock, has returned to London after three years in South-East Asia where he led Herbert Smith's Singapore International Arbitration practice. During his time in Singapore, Nick's work involved a range of jurisdictions across Asia including Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Taiwan, Korea and China. He conducted arbitrations under the rules of SIAC, ICC, LCIA, AAA/ICDR, CIETAC and others, as well as sitting as an arbitrator under SIAC and ICC rules.
On his return to London, Nick will remain focussed on arbitration in Asia, or for Asian clients, with a particular focus on India and South-East Asia.
