The 8th Annual GAR Live London conference takes place on 10th May. Attracting in-house counsel, arbitrators, arbitration counsel and other arbitration stakeholders from around the world, this year's GAR Live London agenda will focus on a number of practical discussion points, such as how parties, counsel and arbitrators can deal with corruption or fraud during an arbitration, and the compatibility of the demands of arbitration users and Big Law (including the possibility of counsel-client risk-sharing). The conference also features debate on London's future as a centre of international arbitration, and offers an opportunity to grill leading arbitrators in the GAR Live Question Time session.
The conference will be co-chaired by Herbert Smith Freehills' global head of international arbitration, Paula Hodges QC, with Steven Finizio, Partner at WilmerHale.
