The authors consider the potential impacts of Covid-19 disruption and the transition to green energy on construction disputes in the Asia-Pacific region over the next decade. They also look at the steps that can be taken by contractors and project owners to mitigate associated risks.
The review covers Australia, Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, Singapore, Sri Lanka and Vietnam.
