Last month saw two publications in our popular series of Asia-Pacific guides.
Our new Asia-Pacific employment law guide provides a detailed summary of the ‘need-to-know’ elements of employment law in 18 jurisdictions across the Asia-Pacific region. This guide will be of particular interest to businesses engaging employees across the region.
We are also pleased to announce that our Hong Kong employment team has been joined by Helen Beech, an employment specialist from our Australian office in Perth. Helen has significant experience in all aspects of employment law including in particular onboardings and contracts of employment, discipline, dismissals and drafting and introducing employment policies and procedures.
We have also published the new updated and extended edition of our Guide on financial services regulation in Asia Pacific, which will be of interest to financial institutions engaging in business activities across the region.
