On 29 April 2021, the German Constitutional Court (Bundesverfassungsgericht, "BVerfG") published its decision on the constitutional challenge of the German Climate Protection Act (Klimaschutzgesetz "KSG") of 24 March 2021, finding the KSG to be partially unconstitutional.
