This summer we are shaking things up and expanding our horizons. In a change to our previous format, we will now be including updates from EMEA and beyond. We are thrilled to present updates from our Australia team on criminal prosecutions for cartel conduct, from our Hong Kong team on the implications of dawn raids at domestic premises and joint raids carried out with other regulators, and from our New York office on the US courts' reversal of a cartel conviction.
Additionally, across Europe our teams continue to monitor key developments in the cartel sphere, from courts overturning competition authorities' infringement decisions, fines and director disqualification proceedings in Spain and the UK to a new enforcement tool in Germany, and a revisited decision in France which found the investigative authority's evidence insufficient to conclude cartel conduct. Furthermore, our teams in Italy and the UK take a closer look at pharma sector decisions, while our team in Brussels delves into the European Commission's focus on antitrust in labour markets.
