Herbert Smith Freehills in collaboration with Aluko & Oyebode is hosting an Energy & Infrastructure Construction Law Roundtable on Thursday 8 June 2023 in Lagos, Nigeria.
Session A will discuss the 'future of the African energy market: trends and implications for the construction and industry sector' with a focus on the constitutional amendment in Nigeria and its impact on the transportation and power sectors, energy transition projects and the procurement and delivery of infrastructure projects.
Session B will discuss 'hot topics in the resolution of international construction disputes', including a discussion on choice of contract, termination and delays.
