Two Beijing securities analysts have been convicted of obtaining and deliberately divulging State secrets relating to PRC macroeconomic data. They have been sentenced to 5 years 6 months imprisonment and to 6 months imprisonment and 1 year's probation respectively.
This latest case is related to the recent convictions of two PRC government officials for divulging State secrets.
