The first is an introduction to AI, and some of the legal and regulatory points that are already coming to the fore. The second is the FCA’s proposal (in CP24/2) to name the subjects of ongoing FCA enforcement investigations, a proposal that has resulted in reactions from the industry, politicians and others.
