Cyber security affects all businesses and industries and is a Board level agenda item. Andrew Moir, a partner in our Intellectual Property team, took part in an expert forum on data protection and cyber security litigation in the October – December 2015 issue of Corporate Disputes magazine. The forum considered numerous cyber issues, including litigation trends arising from data protection and cyber security issues, and the potential risks, liabilities and penalties facing organisations whose cyber security and sensitive data has been compromised.
