The Court of Appeal has handed down a single judgment in relation to three appeals considering lender liability in the context of secret and so-called "half-secret" commissions paid by lenders to credit brokers: Johnson v FirstRand Bank Ltd (London Branch) (t/a MotoNovo Finance) [2024] EWCA Civ 1282.
