- The European Commission has published a summary report of its proposal to introduce fines for ESG ratings agencies for conflicts of interest.
- The Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) has released a technical guide to human rights due diligence, aimed to assist private markets investors.
- The European Commission has put forward a new package of measures for proposal with the aim of strengthening the EU sustainable finance framework.
- Spanish Royal Decree 445/2023, of June 13, which modifies annexes I, II and III of Law 21/2013, of December 9, on environmental assessment was published.
