Webinars

COVID-19: Pressure points - Leading through crises

This webinar coincided with the UK Mental Health Week and we were delighted to be joined by Dr Beverley Flint, a clinical psychologist and leading mental health and wellbeing specialist (Director, C&I Wellbeing), and John Flint (former Group CEO of HSBC). The webinar examines the challenges of leadership through crises and adapting responses to it at Board, senior leadership and managerial levels, whilst recognising the unique humanitarian challenges of Covid-19 on mental health and wellbeing.

COVID-19: People - Return to work strategy - protecting people and places

This webinar looks at the legal and practical considerations for employers and landlords as we exit the quarantine and prepare for the easing of lockdown restrictions across the UK and EMEA region. Amongst other things, it considers key questions, including actions in relation to government requirements, practical recommendations to protect health and safety at work, the data protection implications of measures which may be implemented to facilitate the return to work (e.g. contact tracing apps, public/private data sharing, temperature testing), balancing risk and obligations - identifying potential pressure points, potential issues for employers and landlords putting in place measures which exceed recommended guidance, and reporting obligations.
