The 6th Annual Lecture of the European Federation for Investment Law and Arbitration (EFILA) will take place virtually on Thursday 29 October 2020 (17:00-19:00 CET). This year’s lecture will be given by Professor Loukas Mistelis (Queen Mary University London), who will present the findings of a report recently prepared by Queen Mary University London on “Investors’ perceptions of ISDS – A Moral Philosophy Approach to ISDS”.
The online event will also include a panel discussion Q&A, with panellists including the Director of Legal Affairs, Achmea.
