Episode 2: Achieving the biodiversity gain objective
In Episode 1 of this series, we discussed what the proposals for biodiversity gain in planning require. In this second episode, Martyn Jarvis (Senior associate) and Fiona Sawyer (Professional support lawyer) of the London Planning Team discuss the ways in which a development may achieve the biodiversity gain objective.
