Aaron Chan

Aaron is an experienced real estate and leasing solicitor in the Digital Legal Delivery practice in Australia. He works closely with his colleagues across the Herbert Smith Freehills global network, to deliver high quality and bespoke legal solutions on domestic and international matters.

Aaron is focused on providing clear commercial solutions for clients by combining technology and legal expertise across a broad range of real estate legal services, including drafting and reviewing leases and conducting real estate due diligence. At Digital Legal Delivery, Aaron is also engaged in providing clients with innovative and cost-competitive solutions by developing efficient processes and utilising legal technology.

Before joining Herbert Smith Freehills in 2019, Aaron was a senior Property and Commercial Lawyer at a boutique firm in Melbourne.

Aaron holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree and Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) degree from Monash University.

Aaron is admitted to practice as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia.
