Adam is an Associate in the Technology, Media, Telecommunications & Data team.
Adam is a commercial solicitor with a focus on technology and outsourcing matters. He has experience advising customers and suppliers on regulated and non-regulated outsourcing projects, complex commercial contracts and intragroup arrangements, as well as data protection and privacy matters.
He acts for companies across a variety of sectors on technology, outsourcing and corporate projects. Clients have included banks, insurers, and financial institutions, as well as corporate entities across technology, telecommunications, defence and consumer sectors, amongst others.
Background
Adam read Politics at Durham University, graduating in 2015. He trained at an international law firm, qualifying in 2020. Adam was previously an associate at a Big Four law firm on qualification, before joining Herbert Smith Freehills in 2023.
