Alasdair is a transactional and commercial lawyer who advises on a broad range of complex technology, commercial, media and entertainment, and data protection matters across a variety of sectors.
Alasdair's experience includes advising clients on IT outsourcing projects (including regulated outsourcing), software licencing, advertising and marketing arrangements, sports rights and sponsorship deals, data protection compliance programmes, data sharing, and digital and e-commerce arrangements.
Alasdair has spent time on secondment at a number of clients operating in the TMT sector, including:
