Alejandra is a senior associate in the real estate practice in the Madrid office.
She advises both national and international clients on the acquisition of real estate assets (eg. Hotels, office buildings, logistic warehouses and shopping centres), non-performing loans (NPLs) and real estate owned (REOs) portfolios. She has experience in sale and leaseback transactions, in drafting commercial lease agreements and she has comprehensive due diligence skills.
She is ranked in Legal 500 in real estate.

Background
She has a degree in Law and a diploma in Business administration by Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE) (Spain), partially studied at the Haagse Hogeschool in The Hague (The Netherlands). She speaks Spanish and English. She is a member of the Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacía de Madrid (ICAM – Madrid Bar Association).
