Alessandro has particular experience in advising on complex international corporate transactions (including venture transactions), joint ventures, strategic partnerships as well as corporate structuring.
Before joining Herbert Smith Freehills, he worked for a different global law firms in Germany.
Alessandro speaks Italian.

Alessandro completed his Second State Examination at the Higher Regional Court in Düsseldorf in 2019, following his First State Examination at the Christian-Albrechts-University of Kiel in 2016.
