Alexis de Kouchkovsky
Alexis is an associate in the Paris IP, Technology and Data practice.
Alexis advises French and international clients on data protection, platform liability, artificial intelligence, and e-commerce law. He has expertise on issues such as investigations and sanction proceedings conducted by the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL), complex technology disputes before French civil and commercial courts and negotiations of IT contracts.
Alexis teaches a course entitled "Privacy in the Digital Age: European Law Perspectives" at Sciences Po Paris since 2024.
Alexis is a member of the Paris bar since 2022. He lived 15 years in the United States and Canada and is fully bilingual in French and English.
Background
Alexis holds a Master's Degree in Economic Law from Sciences Po Paris and a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University in Canada.
