Alistair Pitt
Alistair is a Solicitor in the Digital Legal Delivery team.
Alistair has worked on a range of disclosure reviews, claims assessments and other matters.
He has developed extensive experience as a member of review teams responsible for large-scale disclosure exercises and smaller bespoke document review tasks. More recently, he has been a member of a team of qualified solicitors on long-term secondment to a British retail and commercial bank.
He has previously worked in general disputes and intellectual property practice divisions in London, assisting with large matters involving disputes relating to sports broadcasting rights and pharmaceutical industry patents, as well as pro bono work on behalf of charitable organisations. He also has experience in the corporate and real estate teams in the Belfast office.
Background
Alistair joined Herbert Smith Freehills as a legal analyst in 2014, received a training contract with HSF in 2016 and qualified in 2019. He holds an LLB (Law with Politics) and LLM (Human rights law) from Queen's University Belfast.
