Renewables transactions – Advising on environmental, planning, native title and cultural heritage risks and commercial terms in transactions for renewable energy projects including wind farms, solar farms, BESS and associated transmission infrastructure.
Project approvals and tenure – Advising on planning and environment approvals, and tenure arrangements and agreements with landowners, for the development of renewable energy projects.
Native title and cultural heritage – Advising on native title and cultural heritage requirements for projects. This includes drafting and negotiating cultural heritage management agreements and plans, and advising on native title compliance and agreement making.
Carbon offsets – Advising on processes for the acquisition of carbon offsets, environmental offsets and acquisition of eligible offsets projects.
Biodiversity offsets – Advising developers and project owners in relation to securing biodiversity offsets, including offset agreements, security on title and offset management plans. This includes drafting and negotiating offset agreements.
