- Renewables transactions – Advising on environmental, planning, native title and cultural heritage risks and commercial terms in transactions for renewable energy projects including wind farms, solar farms, BESS and associated transmission infrastructure.
- Project approvals and tenure – Advising on planning and environment approvals, and tenure arrangements and agreements with landowners, for the development of renewable energy projects.
- Native title and cultural heritage – Advising on native title and cultural heritage requirements for projects. This includes drafting and negotiating cultural heritage management agreements and plans, and advising on native title compliance and agreement making.
- Carbon offsets – Advising on processes for the acquisition of carbon offsets, environmental offsets and acquisition of eligible offsets projects.
- Biodiversity offsets – Advising developers and project owners in relation to securing biodiversity offsets, including offset agreements, security on title and offset management plans. This includes drafting and negotiating offset agreements.
