Amelia is an associate in Intellectual Property team in London.
Amelia specialises in advising clients on intellectual property disputes, particularly in relation to high tech patent litigation.
Amelia has a strong background in Physics and holds both a PhD in Physics, in which she specialised in Plasma Science and Fusion Energy, and a Masters degree in Theoretical Physics. These enable her to engage quickly with technically complex matters.
Amelia also has experience of the prosecution of patents before the UK IPO and the European Patent Office and of transactional intellectual property matters.

Background
