Angela Morris
Angela is a member of our corporate group, with particular focus on advising and drafting project contracts in the energy industry.
Angela has advised clients on a broad range of commercial and corporate matters, predominantly in the power, coal and gas industries. She has had considerable involvement with many types of transactions in projects in these industries at various stages of development, including acquisitions and joint ventures.
She has significant experience in many types of contractual arrangements for major energy projects, including long-term supply, operation and maintenance, management services and other operational arrangements.

Angela was a key author of our national internal training manual (Know How Guide) on long-term commodity supply and off-take agreements. The manual is targeted for use by our lawyers in servicing clients in the mining and resources industry.
Angela holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney.
