Anneri Coetzee

Anneri has assisted in advising clients on various aspects of competition law and regulation, involving both litigious and advisory matters. Her experience spans prohibited practice investigations, market inquiries, and merger control, with her merger control and prohibited practice expertise extending across multiple African jurisdictions as well as regional regulatory bodies, such as the COMESA Competition Commission.

Background

Anneri is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Private Law and Psychology, a Bacher of Laws degree, and a Master of Laws degree, all from the University of Stellenbosch.
