He advises both industrial clients and investment funds, foreign and Spanish, in M&A transactions involving energy and infrastructure projects, with a particular focus on renewable energy assets.
Background
He has a dual degree in Law and Business administration by Universidad Pablo de Olavide (Spain), partially studied at Université Valenciennes (France) and a master's degree in Corporate law by IE Law School (Spain). He speaks Spanish, English and French. He is a member of the Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacía de Madrid (ICAM – Madrid Bar Association).
