Andrew is Of Counsel in the firm's corporate practice with a focus on the oil & gas and energy sectors.
Andrew's experience includes advising international oil companies, financial buyers and traders on mergers & acquisitions, project development, joint ventures and commercial contracts in relation to the entire oil & gas value chain.
Background
Andrew holds an LL.B (Law with American Law) from the University of Nottingham which included one year at the University of Texas at Austin. He spent a year working at a leading law firm in Trinidad before joining Herbert Smith Freehills. He was seconded to BP for 10 months in 2011-12.
