Ben is a corporate lawyer, specialising in investment funds and asset management.
Ben specialises in matters relating to the asset management industry and advises on all aspects of the structuring, establishment and operation of investment funds across a wide range of asset classes and jurisdictions. Ben also advises on mergers and acquisitions involving investment fund clients.
Ben has spent time on secondment to Man Group (2013 and 2015) and to the Corporate Finance team at Stockdale Securities (2017).
Background
Ben studied politics, philosophy and economics at the University of Manchester and the GDL at BPP Law School.
