Benedikt advises national and international companies comprehensively in relation to corporate law and complex cross-border transactions. He focuses on private and public M&A as well as other ECM transactions. His sector focus includes Energy, Manufacturing & Industrials and Real Estate.
Background
Benedikt studied law at the University of Göttingen and graduated from Heidelberg University. During his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf, he worked for a leading American law firm in its Financial Restructuring and Insolvency practice. Prior to joining Herbert Smith Freehills, he worked for a leading American law firm in its Corporate practice.
Benedikt is fluent in German and English.
