Bernadetta is an Italian qualified lawyer specialising in corporate law and she's part of the Milan Corporate & ECM department.
She specialises in corporate work for private equity, venture capital institutions and investment funds, including leveraged buy outs, management buy outs and buy ins, private equity and venture capital investment transactions as well as in M&A and restructuring transactions and assistance to industrial companies in corporate and commercial matters.
Bernadetta has also gained an extensive experience in ECM practice assisting Italian issuers as well as Italian and foreign financial institutions, acting as global coordinators and/or sponsors and Euronext Growth Advisor, in listing process on the Italian regulated markets and MTFs and has also assisted in several takeover bids on shares and other financial instruments listed on regulated market as well as on MTFs. Bernadetta also provides regularly assistance to listed companies (on regulated market and MTFs) on corporate and regulatory matters.
Background
She graduated in law from the University of Bari, Italy and she obtained a master's degree (LLM) in Economics and Corporate Law. Her native languages is Italian and she's fluent in English.
