Blair specialises in mergers and acquisitions and other transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Blair also advises clients on energy project development, offtake and energy regulation.

Background

Blair holds a Bachelor of Laws from Peking University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Sydney. Blair is admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia, and has passed the PRC Bar examinations.
