Brody is an associate in the corporate energy and infrastructure team in London.

Brody Brooke is a corporate energy, resources and infrastructure solicitor who primarily advises on procurement arrangements and strategic operational considerations with respect to all aspects of major projects. Brody also has experience in acquisitions and divestments (both in the corporate and property sectors) and in advising clients on potential options to embed environmental, social and governance obligations within their commercial contracting arrangements.

Brody has recently completed a full-time secondment to bp, a multinational energy company with a strong focus on the energy transition. Brody was seconded to the hydrogen and carbon capture and storage legal team where he assisted with advising on corporate governance, procurement arrangements, land acquisition, domestic marketing and environmental approvals.

Background

Brody holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) and a Bachelor of Environmental Science from Griffith University in Australia. Brody is admitted as a legal practitioner of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia.
