Caitlin is a solicitor in the Brisbane Disputes team.

Caitlin has experience assisting clients with commercial disputes, internal investigations and regulatory processes. In her work on corporate governance and compliance matters, Caitlin advises on regulatory risks and assists clients to understand their changing obligations around anti-bribery and corruption, sanctions and whistleblower protections. Her understanding of commercial drivers has been developed through secondments at international and government organisations.

Caitlin works with leading Australian and global companies across a variety of sectors, including healthcare, energy, infrastructure, financial institutions, telecommunications and construction. She has assisted clients with matters in various jurisdictions and forums, including the Federal Court of Australia, the Supreme Court of Queensland, the Supreme Court of Victoria, the Supreme Court of New South Wales, the District Court of New South Wales and the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

Background

Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland. Caitlin graduated with First Class Honours and was admitted to the Dean’s Honour Roll. 

Caitlin was an Associate to an arbitrator prior to joining Herbert Smith Freehills.

Caitlin is admitted in the Supreme Court of Queensland and is on the High Court Register of Practitioners.
