Catherine is a solicitor in the Commercial Disputes practice group in Sydney.

She is a litigator who assists clients to navigate complex commercial, regulatory and public law disputes.

Background

Catherine holds a Master of Law (LLM) from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Laws from the Queensland University of Technology. Before joining Herbert Smith Freehills, she was Research Assistant to the Chief Justice of Queensland the Hon. Catherine Holmes AC SC and Associate to the Hon. Justice Peter Flanagan of the Queensland Court of Appeal. Catherine is admitted to practise as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Federal Court of Australia and the High Court of Australia.
