Catherine is an Associate in the non-contentious construction team.
Catherine trained at Herbert Smith Freehills and qualified as a solicitor in March 2023.
Catherine has experience acting for developers, funders and employers on a variety of commercial, residential and mixed-use construction projects. She drafts and negotiates key construction contracts (including building contracts, consultant appointments and collateral warranties) as well as providing advice in relation to procurement, financing and letting.
Catherine has undertaken a secondment to Transport for London where she advised on procurement and construction matters.
Background
Catherine read Biological Sciences at the University of Oxford, graduating with a first-class, before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course.
