Chia Bao Hui
Bao Hui is an associate with the Corporate team in Prolegis LLC and specialises in project development, construction and energy related matters.
Bao Hui collaborates closely with key stakeholders, including government entities, developers, contractors, and consultants, to facilitate project development across the value chain. She also has expertise in advising on renewable energy projects, project financing, acquisition financing, and green and sustainability-linked financing.
Prior to joining Herbert Smith Freehills Prolegis, Bao Hui was part of a Band 1 ranked banking and finance practice in one of Singapore's largest law firms. Bao Hui's experience includes secondment to the project finance team at a local bank in Singapore.

Bao Hui holds a Bachelor of Laws from the National University of Singapore and is admitted to the Singapore Bar.
