Christine is a commercial litigator focussing on regulatory investigations and enforcement.

Christine has broad experience helping clients across a range of sectors resolve significant commercial disputes, investigations and enforcement proceedings.

She has particular expertise supporting clients in responding to crises and investigations arising in cyber / data breach, white collar crime and whistleblower contexts. She also works closely with the firm’s competition, regulation and trade team on ‘bet the farm’ merger, cartel and consumer law matters. 

Christine is recognised for her calm, commercial and cut through approach.

Background

Christine holds a combined Arts and Laws (First Class Honours) degree from the University of Sydney.

She was admitted to practice as a solicitor in New South Wales, Australia, the Federal Court of Australia and the High Court of Australia in December 2010.

Christine was previously a management consultant at BCG advising private and public sector clients.
