Christoph is an associate in our Corporate practice in Frankfurt.

Christoph advises national and international clients on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, in particular with a focus on private equity and growth equity/venture capital investments.

Background

Christoph studied law at the University of Heidelberg and graduated from the University of Freiburg. Since 2021, he has been admitted to the German bar. Prior to joining Herbert Smith Freehills, Christoph worked for leading German and American law firms in their Corporate and Private Equity/Venture Capital departments.

He is fluent in German and English.
