Chunyuan has solid experience in cross-border transactions and greenfield investments in Belt and Road countries. Her clients span across various industries, especially mining, manufacturing, power batteries, new energy vehicles, and other sectors. In addition to legal services for overseas investments and cross-border transactions, Chunyuan also has rich experience in regulatory compliance legal services related to overseas investments such as merger fillings. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Chunyuan had previously worked in the legal department of a large central state-owned enterprise.
Background
Chunyuan obtained a Bachelor of Law and Master of Law from China University of Political Science and Law and a Master of Law from University of Hamburg. She is a native Chinese speaker and is fluent in English. Chunyuan is admitted as a solicitor in English and Wales and qualified in China.
