Clare is a solicitor in our Projects, Energy and Infrastructure team in Sydney.
Clare specialises in advising private sector clients and government on the procurement, delivery and operation of major energy and infrastructure projects in Australia and offshore. She has advised on renewable energy (including wind, solar, battery storage and hydro), gas and power projects. She also brings recent experience advising on complex regulatory issues and novel procurement models in relation to government procurements.
Background
Clare holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from the University of New South Wales. Clare is admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.
