Claudia specialises in cross-border disputes, international arbitration, and litigation.
Claudia is a member of the firm's market-leading dispute resolution practice based in Singapore. Claudia's practice covers a broad range of complex commercial disputes, with a focus on joint venture and energy disputes. She also has experience in matters involving hospitality, TMT, aviation, and commercial fraud.
Claudia has acted in SIAC, LCIA, ICC, and HKIAC arbitrations and represented clients in arbitration-related set aside and enforcement proceedings in the Singapore courts. She has appeared at all levels of the Singapore courts, and has experience in managing complex cross-border litigation and asset-recovery globally, including in respect of anti-suit and freezing injunctions.

- representing a state-owned energy major in a USD 150 million SIAC arbitration; and successfully obtaining anti-suit injunctions in Singapore and discharging injunctions in the Philippines in support of enforcement and set-aside proceedings
- representing a conglomerate in a joint venture dispute in relation to its USD 200 million investment in a renewable energy project
- representing a global entertainment conglomerate in a joint venture dispute in relation to its investment in a multi-billion dollar project in Asia with a state-owned entity
- representing a global hospitality chain in various SIAC and ICC arbitrations and providing ongoing advice on various other mandates
- representing a global bank in a London-seated LCIA arbitration in negligence and breach of contract claims
