Clotilde is a junior associate in the finance practice in the Madrid office.
She advises international banks and funds on market leading cross-borders deals involving different structured financing and acquisition transactions including asset finance, loan portfolio transactions, securitisations (including acquisition structures with Spanish securitisation funds) and RMBS structures.
Background
She has a degree in Law by Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE) and a master's degree for Admission to the Bar and Business law (LLM) by ISDE. She speaks Spanish and English. She is a member of the Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacía de Madrid (ICAM – Madrid Bar Association).
Prior to joining the firm, she completed internships in other leading law firms in Spain and an international company in Rome.
