Conor is a Manager in the Digital Legal Delivery Real Estate team.
Conor has advised on a broad range of commercial real estate matters including redevelopment projects, landlord and tenant matters and financings. He works closely with our clients, our wider Digital Legal Delivery team and our Real Estate team in London to evolve existing services and develop new product offerings.
He has acted for a range of clients, including some of the largest UK property companies, institutional investors and developers.
Background
Conor qualified as a solicitor in Northern Ireland in 2015 before moving to Herbert Smith Freehills as part of the Real Estate team in 2016. Conor is co-lead of the Digital Legal Delivery Sports Network.

- British Land on the asset management of its development at Canada Water, London. HSF's role advising on this project has been recognised in the last 12 months at the British Legal Awards, the Legal Business Awards and The Lawyer Awards where it won three "Real Estate Team of the Year" awards
- advising on the landlord and tenant aspects of logistics assets acquisitions and refinancing
- acting on behalf of institutional investors and landlords on asset management matters involving shopping centres and industrial estates
- acting on behalf of some of the UK's leading property developers on major redevelopment projects
