Cyrus Wong

Cyrus is an associate in the Corporate Department of Herbert Smith Freehills’ Hong Kong office. He has experience in corporate and corporate finance matters including initial public offerings, corporate restructurings, placings, regulatory compliance, corporate governance and private equity and trusts.

Background

Prior to joining Herbert Smith Freehills, Cyrus was an associate at a Hong Kong law firm. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree at the London School of Economics and Political Science and his Master of Laws degree and PCLL at the University of Hong Kong.

Cyrus is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
